Today’s topic is topic that, what age should you go to gym for a perfect age? Many people want to ask which age is perfect going to go for gym? There are a lot of myths, which I so not consider worth. There are many types of workout. If you are doing a normal workout like pull ups, Running, cardio, Body Weight it is kind of workout the it can be start at the age of 12 or 13 years. If we talk, body building workout under which you need to pay attention to weight training, dummbbles, because there are many inward body parts grow in this teenager and our height also increase in this age. Normal workout if you want to go sports or athlete games or cricket, you can do a workout normally from the age of 13 years. Body workout, Flexibility, Stretching, Jogging this Running, Pushups, Pullups can workout like this. You know when body parts grow when you are not gaining partial body parts then you to pay attention. If your height has reached 5.9 or 5.11 then you can start workout. If your family has less height than Genetics, then you have to pay attention while workout that do not any such workout that compress your spine. This is the only thing you have to pay attention to. When you are 15 or 16 years old without any problem. Guys, I was started workout when I was 17th and now I am 6.1 its is a very big lie that the workout you should not be done or the help stops, there is nothing like this. The workout is correct which I have told you from the that’s way. So can workout at the age of 13, which is normal workout.  If you want to do bodybuilding then you can do it from the age of 15. Remember, do not heavy Dummbble and bench press otherwise, you may Injury.
